Is TurnMp3 free to use?
Yes. You can paste a standard YouTube video URL, preview the available formats, and download without creating an account. Usage remains subject to fair-use limits and applicable law.
Can I convert a video to MP3?
Yes. Use the YouTube to MP3 page or choose the Audio tab after previewing a video. TurnMp3 extracts audio server-side and offers common bitrate options.
Can I download MP4 video?
Yes. Use the Video tab to choose a resolution preset. The final file depends on the quality levels available from the original source.
Can I trim a clip before downloading?
Yes. The Cutter tab lets you choose a start and end time before downloading an MP3 or MP4 segment.
Why was my URL rejected?
Some YouTube links cannot be processed because they are private, unsupported, age restricted, unavailable, livestreams in progress, playlists, or blocked by YouTube.
Are downloads private?
TurnMp3 processes the URL you submit so it can create your file. Avoid submitting private or sensitive links, and only download content you have the right to use.
